Prudence Joka - Such exceptional service

I would like to commend Prudence Joka for assisiting me with a query/dispute regarding the We Drive service at MiWay. She had gone the extra mile to gaining as much accurate information although it was not her area of expertise. She found the information required and presented this exceptionally well during our call. She handles customer queries with ease and if she could go the extra mile to satify a customers needs - she has proven this. I recieved a second call with feedback and was appreciative of the actual service i was given from this particular associate. Thank you Prudence - you have outdone yourself and retained a customer. Keep up the great work, altogether I do hope the MiWay team continue on such great service in all other departments as well.
