PROOF FROM TOW AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi, again MiWay business insurance department has done it again in time of need. How can client can be billed for tow that was cancelled and was not even in the area or close by to Secunda when request was sent?

Can the tow report and invoice to be sent so that evidence can be taken and will definitely move away from MiWay to other service provider as no joy, excellent service has been provided to the person I recommended MiWay. Business side of MiWay sucks, and they don't care about safety nor care about their clients.

Management its worse , they keep silent and dump sensitive queries to the agents to find solutions and its a technique for hiding the evidence, voice recording is also requires as it is mention that it client right to request where agent mentioned that if cancelling the tow client will be billed the amount. Where it is tow or locksmith all proof is required urgently. I will never recommend this MiWay business insurance for people that are suing cars for business. Lesson learned and heart broken its my family being treated like this, where transparency, honesty, integrity , accountable, compassion and responsible
