Prompt service

<p>I was very impressed by Tumelo's efficient service as when I called he apologised firstly for his colleague who did not get back to me with my query. He then asked me what could he do to assist. I told him I would really appreciate it if they could lower my car insurance for me. He did the necessary checks then told me to hold and went to speak to his supervisor. He sorted it all out and told me that he emailed me my new rate. </p>
