Prompt response on my claim/excess
I knew I had a excess of R3000. To my surprise when I claimed they told me about a R4500. I really wanted to cancel miway. I sent an email with anger and Diego called me and sorted out the confusion and Masechaba from claims told me my carhire worry will also be sorted out as it was also reduced. Thanks Diego from going the extra mile. Thanks Masechaba for sorting out the final touches. MiWay should take care of you. MiWay why any other way
