Prompt, friendly and affective service

In the very busy month of December, upon finalising a big documentary regarding slavery, women and enfranchi*****t in the former Cape Colony, my MacBookPro broke down. The documentary had to be delivered to the client just a few hours after the computer broke down due to a power spike.

When a logged the claim at MiWay Insurance, I was fortunate enough to receive excellent and friendly assistance from Grete Goosen and Monique Kritzinger. After delivering to them the damage report of my computer, right before Christmas, they promptly assisted me with a successful claim.

Monique actually assisted me in the final business hours of 24 December, the onset Christmas Eve – which if I remember correctly was around the 60th birthday of her father (and most probably when she was on holiday).

The prompt, friendly and effective manner in which Monique and Grete handled my claim helped me to start work in early 2021. I am greatly appreciative of their assistance!
