Promotion was a lie
I was called by Miway , they did a quote and was told if they cant beat my current premium, they will give me R400. They couldn't beat my premium. I sent them my policy schedule as it was the terms and conditions and was told it takes 7 days till I get my money as promised. Its been more than 7 days and they havnt kept their promise. I sent a follow up email and havnt received any feedback. Their promotion was a lie, just so they can get my policy schedule and not uphold to their promotion.
