Promises not kept, lies and more lies

Watch out. They phone you, sell you a policy make promises and then find out the consultant is cutting corners to make the premium cheeper which would have resulted in me, the client not having a valid claim. In addition they quoted one premium and then submit a debit order for a higher amount. This all after I phoned back and asked not to proceed, after I spoke to toheerah and confirmed that they should not proceed and not debit my account. They still did. Then phoned again to find out, I now have a policy with them and then needing to put a request to cancel. I was promised a cancellation letter and still not received. I warn you, watch out!!!!! 1 day has passed, I was promised conformation of cancellation and still no call, no letter no contact. These guys are sharks. Be aware. They don't care. They lie and cheat.
