Promises made but no delivery

Clement Modisane called me on 24 August 2017 with a R400 challenge. He promised that if they could not beat my current insurance premium, they would pay me R400. I have taken about 15 minutes of my time to answer all the questions and in the end my current insurance premium was still cheaper than the premium they offered me by Miway. I have emailed my current insurance schedule as requested but up until now I have not had any reply. I have sent follow up emails to Clement as well as his Supervisor, Malcolm Subramoney on 29 Aug 2017, 18 Sept 2017, 21 Sep 2017 and again 25 Oct 2017 but they do not even bother to reply to my emails. Since my call, Miway consultants have been bothering me to find out why I did not take out the insurance and I have explained time after time that I will not take the Miway insurance as it is more expensive than my current insurance. And they have also not made good on their promise about the R400.
