Promised to call me back regarding my insurance policy
Yesterday I called them in order to review my monthly premium and add another second to consolidate one policy, they promised to call me back within 05 minutes even today I haven't received any call from them, I firstly spoke to Rofhiwa who transferred me his superious (BOSSES), who promised to come back to me but SHE didn't .I'm really disappointed since I've been with them for more than 4 if not 5 years.
