Promised Feedback but didn't call back

Hi,<br> <br> On the 26th of June I called to cancel my insurance, Patricia offered to try and beat my new quote, after about 30 minutes of talking with her she said she'll call back.She didn't, until I called back beginning of July where she was asked by her colleague to call me back in which she did. After that conversation, she confirmed Miway couldn't give me a better offer and when I asked her why she hadn't called back she didn't give me a reason,she just said \Sorry about that". I asked her to email me a claims free letter as well as my cancellation letter"
