Prolonged claim

I have had an accident in 2023 and MiWay approved my claim and the car got fixed by a penalbeaters named RA Motors in Polokwane. Fast forward now one of my gront lights is giving me problems as the accident i had was in the front,however the claim was approved for the bumber and some dents on the bonet. Now MiWay and the penalbeaters are giving me the runaround of who is liable to fix the light as MiWay is saying the penabeaters should have done a thorough assessment of the car which would have indicated thatvthe light was also damaged. The penalbeaters on the other hand is saying but the light was working at that time. Its like im stuck in between the insurance and penalbeaters. Its been 2 months since i have lodged a complain with MiWay but still the matter is not tesolved. MiWay,it is your responsibility yo ensure that this matter is resolved as it is your obligation to ensure i am happy as your customer as it is my responsibility to ensure that i pay my premiums monthly to you and mot to the penalbeaters. I hope this matter gets resolved soon.
