Professionalism

<p>My Policy Number is ********** 8.I had dissatisfactions on my claim and reacted in a way any customer would have done. Buhle Twala was appointed to assist with my claim and I would like to commend her on her composture and professionalism. The claim is not yet finalised but I felt credit should be given where its due. I been in the Service and Customer Care Industry I would say we need more of the Buhle's . Keep it Up.</p>
