Professional Miway service : Emergency breakdown

On 7 Mar 2019, my son's car broke down on the N12 highway (around 16:30). My call to Miway to request a tow-truck was answered by Patrick Mbalati - friendly, courteous and - which became the reason for this write-up - very professional. No one looks forward to a breakdown which makes the assistance and problem solving process through it particularly relevant. Patrick did exactly this - clear, effective and continuous action and communication. In this day and age where quality service is scarce, it was a refreshing experience. Ken Axsel
