Professional, efficient and friendly service

<p>Yesterday morning, 29th March, I couldn't start my car when I had to go to work, because the battery was. So I called MiWay for assistance around 08:30. I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Ntokozo Sibeko (ref. no. C836060). Within 5 minutes I had received a call from the person who had been dispatched to come assist me, and shortly Ntokozo called to check if the person called and when he did he say he was going to be there. By 08:50 I had already been assisted and I could go to work. Ntokozo called again to check if I was happy with the service. I would like to thank Ntokozo Sibeko from MiWay and Triple Towing for their efficient assistance. Because of them I was only 15 minutes late to get to work, and they turned what could've been a glitch to the start of my day, into a good day. They were quite friendly and handled the whole issue with an outstanding level of professionalism and it felt like they took pride in their work, made me feel like a very important client.</p>
