Professional Client Service Consultant (Mogadi Sello)
Spoke to a lady called Mogadi Sello regarding my policy documents on the 9th October and I was pleased with the professional manner in which she handled my query. The initial documents I had received had incorrect information, and I raised this with her. She sorted out my issue in minutes. Impressed!
