Received quick, friendly assistance from Itumeleng Koko to cancel my premium and to refund me. Payment on my vehicle was also quick with little hassle. Only thing I am awaiting for is feedback on the initial regarding as I was not told via our telephonic discussion that if i had a claim within 3 months i would be penalised with R5000 off payout. Still awaiting this so we can resolve the matter. Otherwise all areas of service professional and well-handled.
