I made a mistake when adding my vehicle's registration number on the MiWay app and was struggling to correct it there. On phoning MWay, Nompumelelo assisted me in a very friendly and professional way to correct my mistake and undertook to send me my updated documentation asap. What an awesome experience to be assisted by such a friendly person. Thanks Nompumelelo!!! :)
