Professional and Efficient Service

I would like to say thank you to Ramasela from MiWay who came back to me after getting no joy from Miway when i requested documents from them.

She ensured that i received all my documents as requested and went out of her way by sending them from a colleagues email address because their system was very slow and unresponsive. We need more customer service representatives like her, she even called me again this morning to check and confirm if i got all the documents i requested.
