Lerato Motsamai was a great help.<br> I understand that she is new and she really took her time in helping me get what I requested.<br> She informed me that she did research on my request before calling me, that allowed her to have all the possible answers before she even called.<br> I also like the fact that she would inquire for everything she was not comfortable with...she made sure she is giving me the right information.
