price increase a week after it decreases
It sadens me to have to write a report about one of my favourite companies. I updated my details a week ago with Busi Gumede and my premium decreased, she promised to send me the updated policy documents but I didn't receive it. A few days ago I received a policy document with a higher price and a higher acess. I am a Discovery employee and they have offered me staff rates and discounts and rewards but my loyalty lies with MiWay. I hope we can resolve this so I don't end up going with Discovery
