Previous complaints resolved

I previously lodged two complaints regarding MiWay in relation to my mom’s car. I would like to confirm that the matter has now been resolved this month. Although the process took some time, once I raised the issue on this platform, consistent follow-ups were made to ensure that MiWay addressed and resolved the matter as quickly as possible.
