Pressing charges for unorthrised deductions

<p>Me and my Fiance are pressing charges for unauthorised deductions. My fiance took a policy with Miway and agreed on a specific premium. In a week they deducted the amount 3 times. We reversed the 1st incorrect debit. And now again they have deducted once more. The bank charges us for having to reverse the transaction meaning we are still losing money at the end. We have decided with my lawyer to take this up to court. It's really unprofessional. On top of that, they did not spell her name right, and they gave her a cover that the bank that is financing us has rejected. So basically their employees do not know the products. If you are reading this and looking for insurance. Rather go to Outsurance or somewhere else. They cannot conduct a proper deal. I personally feel like they are the worst. Now we have to go back tomorrow and do another reversal. Even after telling them before that they have deducted incorrectly. I will share this with all our instagram, Facebook and Twitter followers. South Africa needs to know what they are dealing with. I will make sure that this story helps plenty more people out there. </p>
