Premiums reduced

After about 1 and a half years of being happy with MiWay a competitor phoned saying they could reduce my premium by almost half (R 300). When I phoned MiWay to say that I wanted to cancel purely because of charges a friendly consultant put me thru to Thapelo who was able to almost match the premium, promising to review the situation when the 2 year membership was up with a possibility of another reduction. So we both were happy.
