Premiums all of a sudden astronomical

Had a horrible experience with Miway recently. I was a loyal and happy client with them for 2+ years. Problem started when I sold my car and bought a new one. The premiums that was offered to me was astronomically high compared to my previous cover. The car I bought is used and not even double the amount worth of my previous car, yet Miway decided to quote me 4 times the amount of my previous premium. When told this was unacceptable they did nothing to try and rectify their quotes or regain my trust and even made the cancellation process very long and cumbersome. The first quote I got from another company was more than 4 times less than what Miway was offering. I will never insure anything with Miway again. They don’t care about customer satisfaction or retention at all. I will never insure anything with Miway again.
