Premium too high
<p>I am paying too much for my car insurance premium! Going to shop around for better premium. Loyalty is no longer something that Miway looks at before determining a correct premium!! </p>

I received feedback and this lady kept me in the line for so long on Saturday with no solution. I told her I am going to lodge a complaint on Facebook due to her poor service!!

Douglas was absolutely useless ! He was only talking about how he makes profit for the business. He says no matter if I was insured with them now or years ago they don't look at how long I was insured with you guys! Clearly this company only wants money and don't value me as a client since 2009! I am currently seeking alternative insurance. Absolutely patetic service !!
