The gentlemen who helped me was Tumelo he was able to explain all the packages that my comprehensive cover comes with as well as helped in explaining why my premium had to be reviewed. With the upcoming VAT increase he was able to help in ways that reduce my premium through increasing of my excess he also clearly explained the excess benefits from claims that are made through the App. He was very helpful and stated how important my happiness means to Miway.
