My call was attended by Lethabo who was very professional and knowledgeable, as such within few minutes the issue was dealt to to my satisfaction. On top of that, 18 months ago my other car was written off and the process was handled professionally as well. Even when I raised the issue of incorrect value that allocated to my car the official attending to my case was honest to admit mistake, the value was then rectified and settled accordingly to my satisfaction. I CAN RECOMEND MIWAY TO EVERYONE.
