I would like to thank Zanele Mvelase and Dimakatso Mokwena for the great service they have given me this morning, after receiving a premium increase letter I was devastated and wanted to cancel immediately but Zanele charmed me to remain as client and ensured me things will be sorted, as for Dimakatso she ensured me of better premium. You ladies are rockstars.
