Premium Review
It was time for annual review for my car insurance and I received a communication about my premium being increased as from the following month. I was not happy about that and I communicated my reasons via email. A consultant (Mmapaseka) called me and we discussed my problem eventually, she was understanding and had my premium decreased. I was happy with the outcome. She even advised me to download the app on my phone and added communication form (WhatsApp). Thank you Mmapaseka.
