Premium review

I called in this morning after my premium was increased in the month of December 2017. I spoke to precious, who referred the matter to her senior consultant Thabiso Letsoalo(if I remember his surname correctly). The gentlemen was highly professional. he explained the reasons behind the increase and did his best to negotiate for my premium to be reduced. I was so happy with the service rendered.
