Premium refund request

I am absolutely disgusted with miway, my account after i did not even sign or agree to insurance was still deducted even after i requested on numerous occasions.

I joined MiWay in June 2021, the first premium was scheduled for 20 July 2021 but I cancelled the insurance on ny secind call aftwr the premium increased. I contacted them to let them know what has transpired, they kept promising to call ne back to be doing something but made a debit regardless. I get these automated replies which I don't like, most times there is no reply. I have been sending them emails and up till now i have not received my refund. I will highly appreciate having premiums reimbursed into my account.

Who in this financial climate has enough in their bank account to pay for two insurances for the samething?

Not a Happy client. You can make me happy and reimburse my premium as promised.
