Premium Reduction
I spoke to Thapelo at the end of Sep 2015 and he advised me that when my prem was renewed at the end of Nov 2015 I should contact him again to see if we could reduce the prem further, as I had been offered a better deal with Auto & Gen. He was true to his word. I emailed him this morning with the details. He phoned me shortly afterwards and we negotiated lower excesses and a more reasonable premium. His efficiency and friendliness make him a true asset.
