Premium reduction
I had an conversation with Smangele and Kgotso today regarding my premium which i feel was too much. Kgotso transferred me to Smangele of which she did sent a request to her Manager for my premium to be reduced. Fortunately my premium was reduced from R985 to R880. I appreciated that decrease even though its not much but its something special in this bad economy situation.
