Premium raised after claim before lapse of 12 month price lock

I made a claim after an accident and my premium was later on raised. I disputed this only to be told it's because I have moved my address. My premium has now gone up by ZAR436. I looked at other insurers and was told if I took insurance before my claim my premium would be much less...clearly hiding behind my change in address to penalise me for the claim..
