Premium Increase without recieving notification

07/02/2020 I was assisted by a lady with a beautiful soul called Pontso, who made me calm down when I trying to resolved a matter of an increased premium. The matter was resolved. She also managed to offer other useful policy related information. I was also assisted by Ms Innocentia, also another sweet lady with great customer service. Very informative.
