Premium increase without prior discussion or consent
You have adjusted My monthly premiums effective 23 May 2020, without any notice or discussion with me. I have never made a claim on the insurance yet you cited this as one of the reasons for the increase. All the factors you have mentioned were not discussed with me at the start of this particular insurance. I will not afford to pay that amount as a result I am looking at another insurance company.
