Premium increase despite vehicle depreciation
My premium is R374. Today I got an email saying it will increase to R492 although the email states my car is deprecated. The math doesn't add up.. I have also sent 2 seperate emails weeks ago about premiums for other vehicles but you never bothered to reply.. Why should I keep paying you if your service sucks?

02 Feb 2023, 16:35I was told by your call centre that the reason for the increase of 40% is due to inflation. Magically you dropped the price from R492 to R359 during the call. So I wonder how many customers out there just accept the increase and you guys dont do anything about it. The consultant wasnt even able to tell me exactly where she was able to implement the discount of R134 because I wanted to know as I am paying your salary. Me and every customer.
