Premium Increase

I am very disappointed that my insurance premiums have gone up by almost 20%.

I am a pensioner and cannot keep up with such exorbitant increases especially when I haven't had a claim in a few years now.

Should this not be reviewable, I will have no option but to take my insurance elsewhere as I can get the same premium elsewhere with no excess
