premium increase and false claim added

Salesman calls. Very good. Take insurance. R500 PM. All of a sudden, without anyone telling me, my premium jumps up. I call and enquire only to be told it has not gone up. Second complaint. I am looking for another insurance plan from someone else because of this. They then tell me that i made a claim with miway. I havent. I called in to query if the insurance covers pothole damage but your staff logged it as a claim. Now there is a claim record on my name which will only hinder any other application with another service provider. Fix both issues or i will be cancelling
