Premium Increase

I've been with Miway since 2021 May when I bought my Vehicle, I've been receiving a great service ever since and paid claims, Today I spoke to one of your consultant to change my home address and work address, my premium changed from R1980 to R2460 something, and the lady I spoke to, told me there's nothing she can do on her side, she can't even increase my access, Where am staying now it's an access control area the same as my work place, where I was working before, there was no access control, anyone could acess the place, so now I can't negotiate for a better premium because you have paid for my claims, Why am I affected on the claim of a car that I was not driving and its not under my name and am not even listed as a regular driver
