Premium increase
MiWay is increasing my premium from R800 to over a R1000 for a 2016 model as of March. I tried calling them to explain that it's too much and I cannot afford such an increase. When I call, they want to transfer me to someone who can help, then they never do. I'm very disappointed with their service as I've been with them for 8 years.
