Premium increase
<p>When I started with you guys May last. I was told that after a year my premiums Will be revised and I will have a decrease on it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I realised yesterday that my premiums have increased. I think that's just bad. In November I asked quotes from other insurances and they were giving me cheaper. Because I was with miway I asked fora reqoute. </p> <p>The premium went down by R100+ . The lady that assisted said on my anniversary I should call and will get a discount coz I've finished a year with you guys. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now you guys increased the premiums by 16%+ . Why u guys did that.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I bothered myself and called and asked for assistance because i am not about to pay such a ridiculous amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>You promised a decrease . Now you must stick to that. If you can't do that please let me know so that I can do quotes with other insurers. I refused to be bul**** by miway. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

I hope it is like that as I have also stopped debit with my Bank
