PREMIUM GOES UP - EVEN IF YOU MAKE YOUR COVER LESS !!!!!!

I spoke to Lerato yesterday to ADD another vehicle to my policy and she emailed me a updated policy . Today i phone in to cancel the business use cover on our FAW V2 vehicle insured amount R646-69 as it will only be used for PRIVATE use . After the call centre agent recalculated the cover that should be less i now got an updated policy for the same car amount now R653.98 HOW DOES THIS MAKE SENSE ???????? They made a mistake with my adress and once again i phoned in and had the adress corrected and then i was told by the same agent that i will pay more because he had to change my adress !!!!!!! SERIOUSLY !!!! CAN SOME OTHER INSURANCE PLEASE CONTACT ME WITH A QUOTE FOR MY VEHICLES is this how Miway take care of their Clients ???
