Premium extremely high

My partner and I have our cars insured for almost 5 years with MiWay. However, my partner is in a process of buying a new car and since we are with you guys, he called in for a quote of his new car. We were so shocked to get such high premium, the agent that was assisting him didn't even try to get a reasonable premium, it was a basically a "take it or leave it" kind of situation. We are not willing to move from MiWay but the premium quoted was shocking and its causing us such inconvenience of shopping around for better options. Please give him a call with a reasonable quote.
