Premium Discrepancy
Good day Miway
My insurance premium was reviewed by Miway last month and reduced to R553.54 as I got a better quote from another insurance company and the lady from miway said the premium is fixed for 1year , I looked at my Miway profile to find out my premium is all of a sudden back up to R591.78 and on my my payments it shows R569.17 unpaid on 28Sep18, it is only the 25Sep18 today , I was advised my premium is fixed at R553.54 for one year from the review last month and that was a key reason I did not leave Miway , listen to recording, please correct Immediately or I will have to reconsider my decision to remain with Miway.

Thank you for getting in touch to resolve the issue which I am happy about however I will wait before I celebrate , I will wait till the end of next month to see if my premium amount is right then I will with pleasure say that you have restored my confidence in Miway.
