Dear miway.. I contacted you on the 23rd of jan 2020.. I spoke to ur consultant regarding lowering my premium.. I was assured that it's going to happen but sorry to say when the amount was debited from my account, it was the same as what I was paying.. consultant assured me that it is going to be lowered.. please get back to me asap regarding this matter..
