Positive Interaction
I do not write a lot of positive reviews but i was inclined to do so this time after my interaction with Mpho Marupla from MiWay. He is an amiable young man and was able to give me positive responses to my queries. Conversation with him left me with a smile and felt like i had interacted with a friend. Need more representatives like this.
