"Portia Hlatshwayo" So long story short, I've always thought that if i was in a car accident where I wasn't at fault that i would lose money by having to pay excess as it is mandatory. So Ms Portia Hlatshwayo went all out to recover my excess amount from the other insurance co/3rd party, during this process she kept updating me regularly regarding progress etc. Finally! she called me with the good news, big ups to her for great service, professionalism and friendly service. She's a star!!
