POPIA act infringed

I have previously asked on this exact same platform not to be contacted telephonically by Miway again. It was only but to last a month or 2 and on Monday 13th June I got another call. Well according to POPIA act section 69 it states about electronic communication. If I asked not to be contacted again and you do then you are in violation of the POPIA act and I will lay a complaint. Before this gets too far,please remove me from your database and request your 3rd party partners to do the same otherwise you will have to answer to the law.
