Poorly mannered, untrained staff!

It infuriates me when you get your poorly mannered, untrained staff to phone me for something I do not need! I was not even asked if I own a vehicle for vehicle insurance, she just kept on babbling! I had to stop her in her tracks to tell her that I don't even own a vehicle, before I could finish my sentence, she told me "There is no need to yell at me" and I was not yelling. I was simply stopping her before she waisted 5 min of my live when I am busy! I made it clear that I was not yelling and informed her wat yelling actually is!

I am sitting with a sick son!! I don't have time for people to waist my time!
